James is an employee of Reynholm Industries who attended a party to welcome a new employee, Ben Genderson, into the company. This party, however, was a ruse which allowed Ben Genderson, who was, in fact, the new head of the Hiring and Firing Department, to see which employees were not contributing to Reynholm Industries.
Ben Genderson commented that James couldn't spell and advised Head of Reynholm Industries, Douglas Reynholm, to fire him. Judging from James's reaction to Ben Genderson's comment, it is likely that he disagreed with his observation. However, due to a sudden bomb scare, it is likely that Douglas forgot to fire James.
